- 10 days or more before: No cancellation fee. We will refund the amount paid less bank transfer fee - 9 to 3 days before: 30% cancellation fee. We will refund the amount of 70% less bank transfer fee - Within 48 hours before the start of the tour: 100% cancellation fee. Others: Taking travel insurance is highly recommended before you come to Japan.
